High-strength welded geocell

Products can be custom-manufactured according to customers’ specific parameter requirements.

High-strength integrally welded geocells are honeycomb-shaped cell structures made primarily of high-molecular polymers. These panels are produced through high-strength stretching and low-elongation processes, followed by strong hot-melt welding. They are flexible and can be folded up for transport and unfolded for filling with soil, rock, or concrete to create a structure with strong lateral confinement and rigidity.

Features

1.High nominal tensile strength and low nominal elongation of the geocell sheet;

2.Stable joint connections, preventing movement;

3.High connection strength at joints, with a peel force ≥60KN/m and shear strength ≥80KN/m;

4.Improved from traditional planar reinforcement to three-dimensional reinforcement, resulting in better reinforcement effect;

5.No metal connectors at geocell joints, ensuring high long-term connection strength;

6.Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and salt corrosion, geocells can adapt to acidic and alkaline engineering environments; long-term use in aquatic environments will not cause hydrolysis, and the strength of the geocells will not decrease.

Applications
Can be used for soft soil foundation treatment in civil engineering fields such as highways, railways, deserts, swamps, tidal flats, airports, ports, and docks; backfilling of abutments; treatment of loess collapsible subgrades; reinforcement and strengthening of subgrades in saline soils and expansive soils; and slope treatment projects.
